I'm an AFOL selling my extra parts or items I have aquired but are not needed in my collection anymore. This should help to support all of us in the LEGO community with our passion .
Many of the used parts are "new", but have been opened as I had a plan to use them in a MOC, build, or something - but never did. I have marked them as "used" - because that is the "official practice" - since they were opened and possibly assembled/used. I will make explict comments on issues with any part in the comments section of the listing - as some are used and do have signs of wear. I would not want to get a "worn" part without knowing it was "worn" - so I make comments as to the condion so there are no suprises.
If you identify an item you want - but it is listed with some sort of wear - we can send you additional pictures - upon request - just email (info@pomacscurios.com) before buying it. These images can avoid any disappointment or misunderstanding on the item's condition.

Pricing:
You will notice we do have very conservative, fair, and affordable pricing. This is because I am actually running an active store and selling things. It does not do me much good to price a part "high" and "wait" for somebody to "really need the part" and pay a high price for it (an inactive store). Our prices generally follow the 6 month BrickOWL running average or below. Some parts will reflect a "sale" price on top of the already low price - because I just really want it sold .

About Orders:
Check Out - Instant checkout is available for most orders. USPS First-Class and USPS Priority Mail prices are listed in the shipping table. Rarely, but sometimes, instant checkout will not offer the best shipping option. You may choose "Request for Invoice", and we will send you an invoice with the most accurate shipping, usually within 1-3 business day. You may also use "Request a Quote", this option shows up after you check "Request for Invoice". However - for most orders on parts and minifigures the shipping rate chart is very accurate. The deviation might be ordering multiple boxed sets that might be better packaged for cost and safety going via another shipping route. Please do request an invoice when buying multiple boxed sets so we can get the best shipping worked out.
Payment - Please pay within 3-5 days after receiving your invoice. If you need more time, please let us know. We will also send a reminder invoice after 7 days. If no payment and no communication after 10 days, we will have to cancel your order.
We accept payment via Paypal or Stripe. Stripe is an online payment service allows for payment via major credit/debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, AmericanExpress, Discover, Diners Club and JCB - no special account required.

Shipping & Tracking - Orders will be shipped within 1-5 business days depending on order size and day/time of order. We do focus on shipping and packaging daily with next day drop off to shipping provider of orders. A tracking # will be uploaded to order details and marked as "shipped" after a shipping label is created. It may take sometime to get an expected delivery date - but USPS usually updates this within a day of reciept of the package from our store.
New Flat Rate Shipping to Canada and the United Kingdom added 4/2023 - Please bear with us as we pilot these shipping methods. Internatational Buyers are limited to transactions under $125 while we pilot these methods.
Customs Due / Import Fees: These fees outside of the shipping paid within BrickOwl are the responsibility of the Customer upon receipt, if additional fees should be due for International shipment. No refunds will be made for returns due to failure to pay the fees, if needed, on the Customer receiving end.
Declared Value for International Shipping: We should not have to have this in our terms - but unfortunately it does come up. When filling out Customs Forms - We declare the actual value of the items order. Please do not message us seperately to request we report a false value or a lower value. Please do not order from us, if you are seeking to have us declare a false value. We will declare the value of the items accurately, as ordered and paid for.
Insurance - We are not responsible for lost orders if the tracking # shows the package was delivered by the carrier. We will help you with an insurace claim with USPS/UPS/FedEX if they lost your order or were unable to deliver for some reason. Buyers can elect optional insurance for the various shipping methods at an additional tiered cost based on value of items which will be included in the order cost. Hopefully, this is never an issue for a Customer.
Addition & Cancellation - Items can be added to your order until the status changes to "Paid". Cancellation request will be handled case by case - normally approved - if not shipped. If you need to add more items after your order is paid but not shipped, please place a new order and contact us via BrickOWL message, I'll refund the shipping difference (i.e. if you are still in the same tier of shipping - I'll just refund that order's shipping - so you only pay one shipping. If in a different tier - I will refund the difference of the tiered shipping costs). I know this happens... so I'm more than happy to add things I have to your paid order and just consolidate the shipping.
If an order is cancelled - at the Buyers Request - that is already paid for via Instant Checkout - the refund will be processed minus the processing fees the store incurred. The store incurrs processing fees for orders even if cancelled since they were processed and paid for via Instant Checkout. If the order is cancelled at the Sellers request (i.e. the store must cancelled for some reason) - a full refund to the Buyer will be made.

Missing/Damaged Pieces In Your Order During Processing: If there is a missing piece from our inventory or we notice a damaged part - we will automatically refund the the cost of the item back to you and contact you regarding the issue. However - this should be rare - we keep pretty strict inventory.
Feedback - I will leave order feedback when the order status is shipped. I also check filed orders periodically to issue feedbacks. Please make sure to verify your order on receipt and mark the order completed in your BrickOWL orders page.
Processing and Packaging - All orders are carefully packed and verified to avoid any shipping or order issues.
No additional charges for processing and packaging.
New Sets - New sets are sealed but NOT considered mint (NISB versus MISB). It is very hard to come across a "mint" set these days and "mint" sometimes means different things to different collectors. I have standardize to "New in sealed box" (NISB). Our NISB sets may have creases, bumped corners, original price stickers, and other shelf wear - but generally are in very good condtion without these issues/fidning. We will note in the description any of these sorts of issues/findings. I can send pictures of items if requested via email (info@pomacscurios.com) before buying it.
New Collectible Minifigures - If they are a "Blind Bag" - Bags are carefully opened and resealed to confirm the contents. We do have some "Blind Bag" inventory, that has been identified by touch and remained sealed. The listing will detail the status of the "Blind Bag" (opened or factory sealed) so you can be confident in the status of the item.
If they are a "Specific PolyBag figure", the contents will be factory since you can see the figure through the bag. In rare cases - the bag may have been opened. The listing will detail the status of the PolyBag (opened or factory sealed) so you can be confident in the status of the item.
New Minifigs - They have been stored in a bag UNASSEMBLED.
Exception - The head will be attached to the head stud. This is generally the only part attached. I have found that attaching the head to the stud - is a best practice for shipment.
The other components are not ASSEMBLED. Capes/Paldrons will be packaged in a manilla flatpack to ensure they remain flat or in the original cardboard LEGO packaging cube (noted in item listing). There may be some "friction" marks (only visible under flashlight) on the figure from the original packing by LEGO (this is normal) - but no playwear or other marking not caused by bag packaging. We only have to make this comment because sometimes figures are slightly "marked" in the original LEGO delivery. As an AFOL, this is something you are accustomed to or will notice over the years. It does happen - even to NEW figures - they are not bubble wrapped and individually sealed at the LEGO factory.... they come in a bag with other parts and bricks that unfortunately can mark them sometimes in shipment before we get them.
Used Minifigures - Most used minifures are in very good to excellent condition. Many will appear as "like new" condition but are sold as "used" - because we did open and assemble them at some point. By practice - if opened and assembed - we mark them "used". Some used minifigures may have playwear. I will denote in my listings the playwear - where applicable.
Cracks - Used minifigures will not have any cracks in the torso, head, or legs. We do not list or sell minifigures that have cracked torsos, heads, or legs. I do have some used minifigures that have cracked arms - but will note that in the listing, as the arm are easily replacable and many collectors have extra arms in thier collections. The torso, head, or legs, however, once cracked are, in our opinion, useless so we don't sell those.
New Parts - Parted out from new sets, purchased from LEGO, or other BrickOWL stores as new.
Used Parts - Most used parts are in very good to excellent condition. But some parts may have playwear. I will denote in my listings playwear - where applicable.
